Silke deals closely with the artists, responsible for ensuring they are well prepared for their shows she also assists in marketing and promotional strategies tailored to meet individual requirements and goals.
In association with her colleague Nicola Townsend, Silke selects, organises and develops the gallery's exhibition schedule.
In addition to her management abilities, Silke has been a practicing artist for well over ten years completing her studies, Bachelor of Fine Arts, at the National Art School majoring in painting, shortly thereafter she was awarded an Artist in Residence at Arthur Boyd's Bundanon.

Silke is also amongst our stable of artists. Her first exhibition with the gallery, in late January of 2007, was so well received that a second exhibition was held in 2008.
Silke is taking the first six months off gallery work in 2010 to concentrate on her own practice.
